On Sunday, April 26, 2009, we celebrated my Grandpa’s 90th birthday at Mimi’s Cafe in Monrovia, CA. Aunt Polly, Kathy, and Toria flew in from Oregon, and Victor Michael and Cindy flew in from northern California. The family came together for a wonderful afternoon of fellowship, and my Grandpa’s childhood friend, Jack Elwood, also drove down from Fresno to make the celebration extra special. It was a joy to have everyone together and to recount God’s leading through out these last 90 years of my Grandpa’s life.
